RBT
You'll work directly with children in their homes or schools — building real relationships, working with your BCBA's treatment plan, and using ABA techniques to help each child hit their goals.
- RBT certified or a desire to learn*
- Able to follow a treatment plan and take direction from your BCBA
- Comfortable using ABA techniques
- Someone who genuinely connects with kids
- A team player who communicates well and puts in their all

BCBA
You'll design treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and serve as the clinical backbone for the families in your caseload.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed
- A passion for evidence-based practice
Office Admin
You'll keep things running behind the scenes — supporting our clinical team and making sure every family's experience is seamless from the very first call.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Comfortable with phone and email communication
- Warm, professional manner with families and colleagues
- Detail-oriented with a knack for keeping things running smoothly
- A genuine desire to support a team doing important work
